What do you do with the poop?

Once we have cleaned up your yard.  We will double bag the poop and place it in your outdoor garbage or whichever garbage you want us to use.   If you do not have a garbage available at the time, we will leave the bag by the garage door.

How do you prevent contamination?

After every cleanup we clean our tools with kennel grade cleaner.  This prevents any diseases such as Parvo and Giardia.

Can I leave my dog outside?

Accepted Answer

Although we love dogs and would love the company.  We ask that you leave the dogs inside while our scoopers are there.  We want to make sure everybody is safe.

Is there a contract?

Absolutely no contract.  We just ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.

Question 5

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

Nope! All we ask is that we have access to the backyard and your dog is put away for the cleanup.  We will send you a text when were all done and a picture of the closed gate.

What should I do before my first cleanup?

Just make sure we can get to the backyard, keep your dog(s) inside, and clear any obvious obstacles if you can. After that, we’ll take care of the rest!

Do you still service yards in bad weather?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we usually do! A little rain or snow usually isn’t a problem, but if weather conditions are severe or unsafe, we may need to reschedule and we’ll keep you updated.

How often can I schedule recurring service?

We offer flexible recurring plans to fit your yard and your routine. Most customers choose weekly or biweekly service, and we can also help with a one-time cleanup when needed!

Can I book a one-time cleanup?

Accepted Answer

Of course! One-time cleanups are a great option if you need a quick yard reset, a seasonal refresh, or help before guests come over.
